Anita Pandit: Her Journey and Identity
Anita Pandit spent her childhood in Tanahun, a municipality of Vyas. Her parents have been very concerned about her education since childhood; her father was a teacher. She studied up to lower secondary in her birthplace and then moved to Kathmandu, Nepal.
She holds a Master’s in Computer Application and has worked as an IT professional. However, her real passion for filmmaking drove her into another profession. When the COVID-19 lockdown started, she did an online film course to nurture her passion.
Anita began her filmmaking journey with a short movie. She recently directed and played the lead role in Meera—Shadow of Runner, a film about Autism. In addition to her film endeavors, she is also a fully dedicated Spiritual Practitioner.
